sendmail問題～ - Linux

已經確定安裝 並且啟動sendmail了

也已經修改過sendmail.cf

但是在打mail -s xxx -c xxx

輸入完後

出現

send options without primary recipient specified.

請問我是有哪個步驟缺少了還是出了什麼問題呢！？
