Siri 不見 找不到 - iOS

iOS版本：12
問題描述：
剛購入時我就把siri關掉
但是近日工作手會油膩
想開啟siri 卻找不到

看了很多人說 12 會有語音問題
我試了之後是都正常
所以我備份之後 就重置手機
重置之後 siri 與搜尋 的功能就出現了

我再還原我備份的時候
這一項一樣不在
找不到跟我一樣症頭的使用者
不知道這是怎麼回事？
