話說昨晚是芥末日在逛光南廣場時
看到現在的大容量隨身碟都在大跳水
一時貪心買了一隻不到一百元的地雷
回家發現寫入還真的有些慢 是非常慢
好在讀取速度尚可 現在拿來當音響的MP3碟
上網看了現在的隨身碟晶片 製造的技術名詞
發現除了USB 2.0 3.0 傳輸規格的分別之外
還有SLC、MLC和TLC 架構的快閃記憶體差別
雖說好像在硬碟版面 沒看到多少隨身碟的討論

X3(3-bit-per-cell)架構的TLC晶片技術是MLC和TLC技術的延伸,
最早期NAND Flash技術架構是SLC(Single-Level Cell),
原理是在1個記憶體儲存單元(cell)中存放1位元(bit)的資料,
直到MLC(Multi-Level Cell)技術接棒後,架構演進為1個記憶體儲存單元存放2位元。
2009年TLC架構正式問世,代表1個記憶體儲存單元可存放3位元,成本進一步大幅降低。
