so many problems. - Windows

SORRY I can't type in Chinese, but after I reinstall Windows,

I can't get anything right.

1. I cannot open MY Documents. Everytime I try, I get
"explorer.exe is going to shut down.

2. I can't type in CHINESE at all. I can see it down under there,
but I just CAN'T.
