storeandserve無法下載?? - 免空

我用smartget7版 以及ie跟firefox都不能下載 其中ie跟firefox按download後
網頁會跳轉 然後顯示以下訊息:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Download/2/20060710/312236/Hana_Yori_Dang
o.part01.exe on this server.

這樣是檔案被刪除嗎??(看起來不像)
