TIME MACHINE沒辦法備份 - MAC

我的電腦平常都有使用time machine 備份
最近他一直沒辦法備份
硬碟裡也還有很多空間
但是他說
Time Machine could not create a local snapshot to back up from.
請問要怎麼解決
