Time Machine備份失敗 - MAC

大家好～最近試著用Time Machine備份但一直出現以下訊息

”An error occurred while copying files. The problem may be temporary.
If the problem persists,
use Disk Utility to repair your backup disk.“

已按照訊息提示做磁碟修復但還是無法備份成功

想請問各位有沒有遇過同樣問題及任何解決方式？
