ubuntu 正體中文站進不去 - Linux

今天小弟要灌ubuntu啦，可是發現正體中文站進不去也沒辦法下載iso檔欸，只能去英文
官網下載，不過下載速度超慢，請問有解嗎？
想載桌面版18.04 64bits
