Ubuntu 10.04 開機 - Linux

背景說明：
CPU:AMD K8
RAM:2.5G

舊SATA 碟：切割為CDE3槽，C是XP(NTFS)，D是Ubuntu(FAT32)，E是資料(FAT32)
另外有安裝一台CDROM和DVDROM
前幾天拿到一顆IDE的硬碟，於是把CDROM拔掉，安裝這顆IDE碟。
XP的開機部份都沒問題，也進入XP把IDE給FORMAT成NTFS用。
可是在進入Ubuntu時，就跑出以下訊息

一旦把新安裝的那顆IDE碟拔掉，開機又可以順利進入Ubuntu系統了。


上網google了，發現大部分的論壇都是建議重灌。而我手邊也沒有Live CD可用。也不希
望重灌Ubuntu。不知道這個問題要怎麼解決比較好呢？
我是剛開始玩Ubuntu的新手，剛安裝使用2~3個月，期間還是常常用XP做事。
