Ubuntu 16.04關機要多久 - Linux

如題
實驗室有一台Ubuntu的server
但每次執行關機時
（不論是sudo shutdown, sudo reboot, shutdown -h ,利用GUI介面關機）
都會停在畫面顯示Ubuntu
然後下面出現五個點在跑

如果這時候按ctrl+alt+F1~F6
就會出現以下畫面

想請教這種畫面是正常的嗎？
