Ubuntu 無法寫入 /etc 底下的 .conf - Linux

各位好

目前環境是 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS


想對 /etc/ld.so.conf.d/libc.conf 做寫入


用 vi、gedit 都開得起來，看起來是空白檔案。
問題是都無法寫入

試過 chmod 777、sudo su 對這份檔案做權限
皆無效



隔天重開機發現寫進去了
整個靈異事件

請問正常的處理方式應該是什麼？
