virtual box 無法執行 - MAC

大家好

我的air是2012年中版，山獅10.8.4

小弟昨天為止還可以正常使用virtual box 執行 win7

不知道為什麼今早要執行就無法執行

顯示如以下:
Runtime error opening '/Users/huntershih/VirtualBox VMs/windows/windows.vbox' for reading: -250 (Unresolved (unknown) device i/o error.).
/Users/vbox/tinderbox/4.2-mac-rel/src/VBox/Main/src-server/MachineImpl.cpp[725] (nsresult Machine::registeredInit()).

結果碼(&N)：
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
元件：
Machine
介面：
IMachine {22781af3-1c96-4126-9edf-67a020e0e858}


Virtual box也是最新版，也試過磁碟檢查工具

完全沒有用
