VMware Player 無法安裝 Ubuntu - Linux

我在win7 64bit 裝了 VM, 想要用linux, 可是啟動時出現錯誤訊息

請問這是在說
1. 我的底層作業系統不能是64bit?
2. 我的CPU不支援Intel VT-x？
