vmware 主機換ip不能跑的問題 - Linux

我在centos上裝vmware server2

用的是固定ip

在上面跑windows server2003一切都沒問題

最近要幫centos換ip(一樣是固定ip)

但卻發現換了ip後

vmware 在執行後，要跑windows server2003時

總是跑到95%就出問題了

無法執行

出錯的錯誤訊息是

"Power On Virtual Machine" failed to complete
If these problems persist, please contact your system administrator.

DetailsCannot open the disk
'/var/www/Achievement/Achievement.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it
depends on. Reason: Failed to lock the file.


結果

我把ip換回來後

又可以執行了

請問這個問題是出在哪？

轉換ip時

有什麼地方是要另外設定的嗎？

麻煩高手幫忙一下
