Watch 4美國三星維修 - 手機討論

第一次維修，寄回去換了螢幕就寄回來，大概費時8天
然而大概是整批都有問題，過了一周，又出現烙印了

接著想送修第二次，然而自助送修系統竟然不能運作...
(只適用第一次送修)
運氣差遇到尿性客服品，浪費了半小時才弄好報修
這次寄回去換了主板和電池就寄回來，一樣費時8天
問題是"沒換螢幕"
想當然烙印一樣還在，傻傻的我還呆呆地開機確認......

當天收到就去找客服要求第三次報修
這次報修五分鐘完成
然而手錶竟一去不復返
等了兩周，連送修單號都被取消了
去找客服被告知之後會聯繫退費事宜
好客服會告知那個負責退款的部門沒有客服
只能傻傻等他們主動聯絡...
垃圾客服會叫你等明天，每天都一樣回復......

大概一個月後，才終於收到退款簡訊
Hi XXXXXX, this is Samsung Exchanges and Refunds Team. Based on your product
type and warranty status, you may be eligible for a refund. The amount we
would like to offer is $249.99. If you agreed to this offer, please reply
*Yes*. we would proceed to submit the request which is subject to approval

回復"Yes"後，然後你不會收到任何回應
直到又過了十天，會收到要你去citibank填收款資料的簡訊
[THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE -- PLEASE DO NOT REPLY] XXXXXX, You have

Exchange, you can select and maintain your preferred payment preference and

填好後基本上可以立即入帳paypal
(後果是累計收入超過$600，明年報稅又多了1099-K要處理@@)

整個流程挺垃圾的，雖然退款金額跟i皇有得比
最後勸退大家買watch 4

1. 續航渣到爆，跟隔壁的apple watch有得比爛
大概是watch 3的60%而已
充電也毫無進步，要兩小時才能充滿
一天兩充，一次兩小時 = 電子垃圾

2 .更慘的是垃圾螢幕，一周就能烙印，reddit能找到超多受害者
一樣的時鐘畫面和使用模式，已經用一年多的watch 3到現在還頭好壯壯

BTW，大概是實在太垃圾了，三星開始用各種活動出清
現在美國samsung pay才賣$129還送$50 google play禮品卡和多一個錶帶......
聽說watch 5 電池容量會多50%，希望能解決這些問題
