WD RMA的地址是寄送到國內? - 儲存設備

最近要申請WD RMA

發現Premailer印下來收件人是在中正區

Vector Information Technology Company Limited
Rm. 2, 6F., No.8, Sec. 3, Civic Blvd.,
Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100,
Taiwan

請問這是代表

現在WD可以直接寄到國內他會再幫忙轉寄到新加坡

然後不需要再拿國際包裹五聯單

只需要寄送國內快捷和填寫商業發票的意思嗎?



另外想請教RMA內容有提到Internation Customer Requirements:

●Commercial Invoice/packing slip (It can be hand written)
●Return Material Authorization Number (RMA)
●Estimated Value per Hard Drive = $200.00
●Description (i.e. Model Number)
●Harmonized Tariff Schedule Number (HTS) Internal Drive = 8471.70.4065
●External Drive +8471.70.5065
●The words: "In Warranty Replacement" are printed on the proforma. This
acknowledges to customs that the drive is a replacement and not 'new'.
●Country of Origin. Country of Origin can be determined by reading the product
label.


其中Country of Origin指得是商業發票上填寫原產國的意思嗎?
像是Made in Thailand就寫Thailand嗎?
而單價則是填寫200美金嗎?

還有"In Warranty Replacement" are printed on the proforma.
proforma指得是??
