WD 網站升級後的RMA問題 - 儲存設備

小弟手上有顆09年10月初出廠的640G藍標硬碟,
在WD網站上查詢過後確認這一個型號AAKS-22A7B2為三年保,
這好上禮拜發現不會動了,用HDtune掃描過發現05整個變成衰退,
想說就註冊準備要RMA,也參考過之前鄉民提供過的這個網站:

但因為現在WD網站改版的關係,
填寫RMA必須先將硬碟本體註冊到自己的帳戶內。
好吧,帳戶也申請了,
將硬碟登錄到自己帳戶下也處理好了,
但是當我進入RMA頁面將註冊好的硬碟勾選選擇繼續時,卻給我出現:
錯誤:
請僅選擇仍受保用的資產 / 產品
= ="
小弟也建立了mail支援請官方給我回覆,
但官方回覆卻是:
You have to go to our web site to generate a RMA for the product replacement.
and send drive to address stated on RMA premailer.
Instruction as below:
www.wdc.com -> Support -> Warranty and RMA Services -> End User Customer ->
Product Replacement -> Continue to WD Support Portal. Please log in or
register if you do not have an account and walk through all the steps.
When you done for register you will gets a statement for the RMA. That will
show you our service center address and the RMA Number which you need to
print out.
All the proceed would be within 14-21 working days.
When you want to check the RMA status you have to log in to the WD Support
Portal to check the RMA status.
It is advisable that your hard drive is packaged properly as improper
packaging may cause external damage which will result in void warranty of
your product.

我覺得他只是叫我loop重新操作一遍而已啊,
但是我執行保用檢查,他給我出現這個:

日期沒有用,手上也沒有發票,我知道WD純粹只看出廠日
