WIN-7的不順暢感 - Windows

請問一下各位
有關我在去年底購入的新機 主要配備如下
AMD X4-945
DDR3-1333 2G
GTX260+
華碩M4A785TD-V EVO
剛買回來組裝時還是先安裝XP SP-3
前天把OS換成了WIN-7
但是使用上…”感覺沒有這麼順暢”
譬如說我開一個”我的電腦”的視窗 滑鼠按著視窗上面不放~左右搖晃視窗
搖晃的過程中 會有些微的殘影 但是同樣的動作 在我朋友的筆電卻很順暢
朋友的筆電是最近買的 也是WIN-7
驅動程式 還有像是FLASH_PLAYER 都已經更新到最新 卻還是有這種不順暢
的感覺 除了更新 OS方面有什麼細部的調教可以給給個建議嗎
