win10外接硬碟存取被拒 - Windows

作業系統：win7升win10

Service Pack：

發生問題頻率：每次

是否有做Windows Update：有

問題內容：
手邊有usb3的外接硬碟跟隨身碟隨身碟都沒問題

但硬碟的話在win7沒問題試了兩台win10的電腦都有問題

插上去後抓的到硬碟讀不到容量跟資料只要打開就顯示"存取被拒"

沒有原本win7都用好好的升級win10後才變這樣

就進去把使用者的使用權限加上去就好了
換OS都會這樣

可是為什麼我重灌過數十次系統都沒遇過就只有win10
會這樣而且權限也加不上去

硬碟是NTFS格式，增加使用者權限就可以用了
增加Users或是Everyone
