Win10安裝時跳錯 - Windows

問題狀況如圖，安裝開始時馬上就跳這個錯誤，不知道有沒有人遇過這錯誤，有什麼建議的
解決方法嗎？

Win10 21H2 x64 (隨身碟 UEFI/GPT安裝）
重試過幾次還是一樣.
