win10版本Retail 、OEM 、VoL - Windows

VOL大量授權版可以嗎？我知道OEM隨機版不行。

這三種版本都可以升級嗎？譬如Win10 1809 升級為 Win10 1903版本

更新，升級一般是指WIN7->WIN8->WIN10
