WIN10登入/音量調整/工具列都變得很怪 - Windows

不知道哪裡出問題
以前登入WIN10的那個輸入密碼部分都很快
現在變得好慢 ...

登入之後，到主畫面原本馬上按音量調整
都會回應我，現在工具列所有功能選項
都變得很慢才會回應我，甚至不鳥我

我想問這樣的問題，
有鄉民朋友也有類似狀況出現嗎？
該如何處置阿？

我的情況是系統程式都會很LAG，按下去之後都要等20～40秒才
有反應，但是非作業系統的程式就完全沒有這個問題。
