大致就是自2016年10月以後,會推出單一的Monthly Rollup,
而且會涵蓋之前的更新。

至於安全更新,除了Monthly Rollup之外,也會另外提供當月份的整合更新檔,
但Windows Update只提供Monthly Rollup。

VISTA再過一年就完了,所以沒提到它吧?

但是舊方式至少在特定更新出問題時可以迴避

依照MS過去的作風,遲早變成某次更新出現bug然後就放著不管

此外.NET Framework以後也會採用新方式,IE則仍在規劃中。
