Win7中關於ACDsee及字碼 - Windows

之前用ACDsee不能開日文名稱的檔案

有人回復如下:


因為 ACDSee 是以 Ansi 寫成的軟體，不支援 Unicode，所以它不認得日文檔名的檔案

我在裝了香港增補字符集(HKSCS)之後就可以使用了

但是換成WIN7，好像目前沒看到對應的版本

之前的那個只能提供2000、XP使用

想請問各位有解決的方法嗎??
