各位板友想請問一個問題

事情是這樣的

這一兩天突然覺得網路怪怪的變得很慢
電腦也卡卡的容易當機
想說可能電腦裡面的怪東西太多
順手來把他重灌一下好了

按照之前的步驟
放入光碟
重新開機
結果在要讀取光碟的時候出現了以下東西

Windows has has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an
external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as
a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage
is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware
manufacturer.
Status: 0xc00000e9


就沒辦法繼續用了

網路上查了一下
好像是病毒= = ?
可是都是外國網站所以不確定

可是我之前重灌都沒遇到這問題
沒事也沒動到那些USB或光碟機
為什麼會有這狀況

麻煩各位板友幫忙一下了
