WIN7的找不到已安裝的程式 - Windows

我的win7找不到已安裝的程式

就是在開始功能表的所有程式找不到捷徑

然後新增/移除程式裡也找不到

但是我用ccleaner的工具→移除可以找到那些程式

請問是那裡出了問題？
