WIN7跟USB不合? - Windows

我的win7配Nvidia560 南北橋
主機板是技嘉GA-M56S-S3

怎麼每次copy paste 到/從 外接硬碟, USB介面(這邊的例子是WB 1TB Element)
win7就lag到不行, 甚至就當掉了, 應該說整個感覺被CPU陷在IO cycle

有人跟我一樣嗎?
感覺一整個不合理
