Windows 10 新注音輸入法學習問題 - Windows

問題內容：

求救～我的新注音特別笨。XD

目前使用的輸入法是 Microsoft Bopomofo（應該就是新注音）。

輸入法設定中，以下的設定已經打開：

- General > Prompt associated phrases of the input character
- Dictionary > Enable personal regulating
- 選擇 Dynamic candidate order based on usage
- Enable new phrase learning
- Use the phrases defined in user phrase tool

但是輸入法還是笨笨的完全沒有學習功能。如果按下 Dictionary > Invoke
Learning Wizard 按鍵，電腦完全不理我。不知道是不是那裡沒設定好呢？
