最近重新用回 Windows 7，使用 MSDN 鏡像安裝完成後使用 Windows Update 更新，一直
處於正在更新狀態，Google 後發現很多人在微軟發佈 Windows 10 後都是這樣的情況，
無語了微軟你搞毛呢，後來找到《Installing and searching for updates is slow
and high CPU usage occurs in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2》，手動下載
安裝KB3102810即可解決。
