Windows XP/ Windows Vista/ Windows 7三個作業系統的磁碟重組都是有改寫過的

而最新的Windows 7是針對現今的大容量硬碟與記憶體所設計

（Windows XP的重組程式其實已經不適合現在的硬體了）

Windows 7的重組程式對重組的檔案大小做了限制，還能重組NTFS metadata

這些都是經過實際數據去評估，再做出的改進

Best practices for using defragmentation in Windows 7 are simple – you do
not need to do anything! Defragmentation is scheduled to automatically run
periodically and in the background with minimal impact to foreground activity.

簡單的說，就是什麼都不用做，電腦閒置的時後就會自動在背景重組了

如果要裝第三方重組軟體，那最好把內建重組關掉，才不會造成硬碟的負擔
