wput的ftp上傳問題 - Linux

請問一下在linux系統中ftp檔案上傳的問題
我用wput上傳檔案都會出現faild 可是我不知道哪邊有問題
想請教各位高手們

wput 123.txt ftp://username:[email protected] -t 0 -d

上傳檔案都會出現 如下面的錯誤訊息
(下面的username:password 在實際上測試時我是填入正確的值)

請問是哪邊有問題呢?
我用IE FTP確認過可以連上該FTP
