XP出現files indexation process failed(已解) - Windows

作業系統：MS Windows XP Professional version 2002 SP3
防毒軟體：小紅傘 Avira

要開啟IE瀏覽器的時候，
原本桌面的圖示和桌布不見了，
出現許多 error 視窗如下：

Files indexation process failed

Failed to save all components for the file \\System32\0000390.c
The file is corrupted or unreadable.
The error may be caused by a PC hardware problem.

重開機以後出現以下視窗：
System restore
PC Performance & Stability analysis report
8 errors detected!
Hard drive rotational speed exceeds system limits and may cause a system
failure.
Disk drive C:\ is unreadable.
Damaged hard drive detected. Private data is at risk. Restore is required.
Hard drive does not correspond to system requests.
Boot sector of the hard drive is damaged.
RAM memory speed decreased significantly and may cause a system failure.
Hard drive rotational speed decreased by 20%.

按下右下角的 Fix Errors 按鍵後會進行修復，
但是上述的八個errors都修復失敗(failed)，

重開機兩三次都是出現上述的 System restore 視窗，
且 Fix Errors 按鍵按下的結果也是修復失敗，

補充一下硬碟一共有C、D兩個槽，
點進去原本的檔案和目錄都不見了，
[工具->資料夾選項->檢視->隱藏檔案和資料夾->顯示所有檔案和資料夾]
做了上述動作後，
發現原來是變成半透明的隱藏檔，

Google後得到一個網址，
和我遇到的問題一樣，但是沒有結果，

參閱Windows版的文章#1Eda7Eo7(作者：fireflyyen)
一步步跟著做就完成了，
只不過最後一步驟的[開始->執行->msconfig->startup]
看到的執行檔名稱和影片不同，大概是變形吧，
感謝各位版友的幫忙。
