三星的B-Die核心記憶體晶片在高階玩家中很受推崇，因為超頻性能很好，因此也成為超
頻及遊戲玩家追逐的對象
不少記憶體都以三星B-Die核心為賣點做宣傳。不過三星日前已經宣告停產B-Die核心，接
替它的將是新款A-Die、E-Die
Anandtech網站報導稱，三星目前還沒有公佈32Gb A-Die核心顆粒的價格，但顯然不會便
宜
目前只有三星能提供這種產品，而且要比標準的SDP單晶片封裝記憶體顆粒更難製造，注
定了成本不低。
