不能偵錯 - Windows

我的系統是 XP pro SP3

當執行軟體出錯時
會跳出訊息欄 其中有偵錯的選項
可是 當我選擇偵錯時

跑出以下訊息

No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled.
In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from
Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.

information.

我試著啟動WinXP的debugger "Dr Watson"
仍然出現同樣訊息

請問有什麼辦法能啟動即時偵錯的功能？
