主機板掛掉？ - 電腦

我的主機板是微星的 H61M P21
但有時開機時會出現自動關機*的狀況(先前筆誤為自動開機)
此時無法進入BIOS
螢幕無畫面
且有相當大的硬碟聲
裸測拔除VGA RAM時主機板沒有叫聲 而CPU風扇仍持續轉動
(使用螺絲短路開機也需要重複多次才可重複開機)
約三秒後即自動關機→開機→重複
請問這樣是否可以
直接判定是主機板掛掉了？
或者是我還有無疏漏的地方？

CPU I3 2120
VGA 技嘉 GT440
MB H61M P21
PSU 不知道什麼牌的 400瓦
RAM 十銓 2G*2
