作業系統疑似與防毒軟體相衝 - Windows

這是昨天發生的事情 電腦好像會跟防毒軟體相衝
會一直出現藍白畫面 我已經換過兩套防毒了

原本的防毒是用hinet提供的趨勢科技PCC,後來我又換了小紅傘中文版
但狀況還是一樣

這是藍白畫面的內容:

這個狀況是什麼原因

只要我一裝防毒軟體下次開機沒多久就會出現這種狀況


然後有時我會看hiChannel,看到一半就會無預警的重新開機
也不知道為什麼

現在我沒有裝防毒軟體就好好的,也不會出現上述的狀況

作業系統:win xp home sp3
防毒軟體:1.趨勢科技 PCC2008 (hinet光纖續約送的)
2.小紅傘中文免費版
(以上都是分開裝,並非同一時間安裝於電腦內)
