Hope you are well.
We have feedback to QA department, below are their reply:
1. The charger itself has high power, plus we use the switching power supply
PWM charging technology, it has different frequencies, so it will produce
different high and intermediate frequency sounds
2. Because of the high-power properties of Galio120W, we adopt the structure
of industrial power supply, and there will be slight current noise when it is
used.
3. Galio charger have passed laboratory tests and this sound is within the
normal range
Thus, pls do not worry.
