因為目前沒有信用卡
過一陣子應該會去申請一張
可是看到上面可以download一些免費的軟體
上次已經錯過了，所以這次不想再這樣qq
想問一下大家
我能不能申請一個免信用卡的id，之後再把它升級為有信用卡的？
