全境封鎖想開高畫質，請問該換什麼? - 3C

cpu:intel core I5-4460 processor (6M Cache ,up to 3.40G)
顯示卡:EVGA GeForce GTX 970 (4096MB)
記憶體:24576MB(4+4;8+8)
電源供應器:冰山銀蝶450W
主機板:ASUS B85-M
作業系統:Windows 10 更新至最新(3/13)
全部是在2015/2月購買的。
如上訴配備，全境開中可以跑60FPS，但是一旦開高畫質，就會在30~60之間徘迴，請問該換什麼配備會有最大的影響呢?
全境的解析度使用1920x1080;使用無框視窗
更換配備預算大概抓在20~30K上下
我不想換掉整台電腦呀呀呀…
