Apple vs Samsung 這個可說是科技產業的世紀大審，
在兩方都做出最後辯駁僅僅三天之後，陪審團在今日做出判決：
「三星被認定有意地侵犯蘋果多項專利，並應付給蘋果共約10.5億美元的損害賠償」
另一方面，對於三星反咬蘋果侵犯其專利的控訴，陪審團裁定蘋果無罪。
