刪除檔案不會跑到垃圾桶了＠＠ - MAC

我的垃圾桶也一陣子都故障了（丟進垃圾桶會直接問你要不要刪除），
之前爬文，但試過幾次還是沒成功，
不知道是我不會用終端機軟體（英文也不好），還是我垃圾桶就是沒救了？
所以麻煩高手幫我確認一下，我打開終端機軟體後，
要在那裡輸入「$ sudo rm -r .Trash」這些指令？

2011 MBP 13" MacOS 10.6.8
