刷機過後，無法正常使用3g - Android

刷了 ultimate n7000 xxlt4 版本
更新到 4.1.2後，發現3g網路只能用line跟ptt。
其他如google play 跟app遊戲皆需要使用Wi-fi 才能進行，
不知道這如何解決？
