某屋在他的首頁發了一篇測試文
關於創見 aXeRam 2133 的測試
採用海力士(Hynix) 30奈米的顆粒
料號:H5TQ2G83CFR-H9C
以正創見終身保固這價格個人也頗心動
不過回歸正題
海力士顆粒因為 Z68時代凍結問題
被大家遺棄了好一陣子
不過優異的體質 在Z77時代又找回大家的目光
目前市面上用這顆粒的有 1333 CL=9 1T(1.35v/1.5v)
1600 CL=11 1T(1.5v) 1866 2133 都有廠商出
不過這箇中的奧妙在哪
小弟我好奇的去查了一下規格表
這顆粒原廠是有分等級的
最常見到的 H9C-CFR 是分在最高頻率 1333 電壓 1.5v+-0.075v
(按:我買 JetRam 1333 這就是顆粒
oc [email protected] CL=10-12-11-24 1T Z77平台 無壓力)
金士頓 Lovo 1.35v 也有用這顆粒 ASM"H"
創見 aXeRam 2133 也是這顆粒 H9C-CFR
也就是說這模組廠自己挑過體質比較好的顆粒超頻賣
另外十銓 1600 CL=11 1T 也有這顆粒
不過是原廠分級比較高的PBC-CFR
H9C-CFR 最高 1333-CL9 (標準電壓 1.5v +-0.075)
PBC-CFR 最高 1600-CL13 (標準電壓 1.5v +-0.075)
RDC-CFR 最高 1866-CL13
TEC-CFR 最高 2133-CL15
