可補楨的免風扇LP卡 - 顯卡

想要幫HTPC升級顯卡，
是套裝特規機，只有一個5cm排風扇
基本需求是免插電/可補楨/low profile
本來的GT210雖然說是糞卡，但是看1080P 60FPS水管影片也還堪用
不過和自己的RX570電腦補楨比起來還是有差
想請教一下大大們，有沒有符合我的需求的顯卡？
目前看到最接近的，大概是MSI RX550了，但是誠心希望有被動散熱的
效能差好幾代前的沒關係，只要能播放1080P 60FPS順暢就好，謝謝！
