台積電7nm+製程已經量產:用上EUV光刻,良品率與7nm相當

去年台積電就量產了7nm產品,且已經陸續有產品正使用,如Apple A12、麒麟980等。相
比之前的10nm製程有一定的提升,不過第一代製程沒有使用EUV光刻機。在日前台積電年
度技術論壇上,台積電總裁魏哲家表示:其7nm增強版製程技術(N7+)已經開始量產,並
且用上了EUV光刻技術。
這是台積電首款採用EUV光刻技術的工藝節點,台積電表示,其已將7nm+(N7+)製程的良
品率提升到與7nm製程相同的水準,並稱其整體7nm晶片產量今年將大幅增長。
台積電預測,2019年其總產能可將1200萬的12英寸晶圓加工成片,7nm製程技術產能將同
比增長150%。並且,台積電也有望在2020年第一季度將更新的5nm製程節點投入批量生產
。台積電在其5nm技術中將廣泛採用EUV光刻技術。

他們說,新的高端機型代號為D43和D44,而iPhone XR的繼任者在內部稱為N104。Apple計
畫在A13晶片中加入新元件,包括用於撥打電話和連接互聯網的蜂窩數據機,以及基於最
近與Dialog Semiconductor Plc達成協議的電源元件。
另外,AMD處理器已經確定使用7nm+製程生產明年的Zen3,7nm+製程可以讓電晶體密度提

不知道IO die能不能升成7nm,說不定可以出24C48T @ 5GHz
