在XP下安裝Ubuntu 8.04後不能上網 - Linux

雖然沒用過Linux，
所以選了Ubuntu最新版，在XP下安裝，
想先試用看看。

結果灌好發現，
XP和Ubuntu都不能連外網了，
可以連到網芳。

到終端機那裡去做sudo pppoeconf，
結論是

NOT CONNECTED

process which controls the modem.

因為搜尋很久，
都只有看到XP可上網，但Ubuntu不能的情況，
沒有找到兩者都不能外連的網頁，
所以懇請高手前輩指教一下。
