外接FullHD螢幕 解析度問題＆挑選 - MAC

小弟想說發在這邊比較多拿MacBook的版友可以回答0.0
最近有需求要用到外接螢幕，筆電是MBPr 2013 late 13"
考量到宿舍桌面大小＆距離，應該只能買22"的螢幕
小弟想問的是如果買1920x1080 FullHD的螢幕(窮學生口袋不夠深QQ)
有辦法調整解析度讓外接螢幕顯示"清楚"的文字嗎?
目前看上的是
LG 22型AH-IPS寬螢幕 (22MP58VQ-P)

剛剛照版上用SwitchResX調整輸出1920x1080 HiDpi的方式
用在家中另一個FHD的螢幕上

發現字一樣是模糊的...開啟HiDpi沒有用...
請問一下是因為螢幕不夠好(銀彈不足QQ)
還是我沒設定好呢？
順便問一下大家外接都是用到4k2k的螢幕嗎0.0
因為幾乎沒有看到有人討論外接FHD的螢幕
