如何解決解析度太高導致軟體圖示太小、字 - 筆電

距上次使用正常時間:剛買就有此問題

平常作業內容:文書處理
有無內建還原功能(Y/N):有
問題內容:
這款筆電主打高QHD，解析度3200 x 1800
可能因為是這樣，很多檔案開起來會有字 和圖示過小的問題如圖

我有嘗試過改變解析度但無法解決此問題，而且螢幕會縮小很多，比例變得很奇怪
我也有拿去皇家維修中心，他們是說這是因為太高解析度造成，word字太小應該去找
微軟不是找他們。
爬文了一下好像有篇有講解決方法，只是我看不太懂
