臺灣存儲大廠威剛今天發佈了新款SSD XPG SX600,M.2規格
面向電競玩家,主打低價實惠。這款SSD採用了很少見的Realtek RTS5760主控制器
特點是傳輸介面僅支援PCI-E 3.0 x2,頻寬2GB/s相當於主流PCI-E 3.0 x4的一半
能滿足中低端SSD的需求還可以節省部分成本。
群聯此前發佈的新主控PS5008-E8也是採用PCI-E 3.0 x2,並已有產品問世
看來在廉價SSD領域這要成為流行趨勢了,不過至少它們還都支持NVMe 1.2。
快閃記憶體方面,威剛也使用了流行的3D TLC
容量128GB、256GB、512GB、1TB,支援SLC緩存加速、DRAM緩存緩衝等技術
性能也尚可:持續讀寫1000MB/s、800MB/s
隨機讀寫100000 IOPS、110000 IOPS,終審寫入量75-600TB
平均故障間隔時間200萬小時,質保五年。
威剛也隨包裝附送了散熱片,纖薄黑色銘板並帶有XPG LOGO。
