寫論文的工具 Papers2 - MAC

我想請問一下目前 2.0.6 可以跟 iPad 版本正常同步嗎？
想使用 Papers 管理看過的網頁資料方便之後列 reference

目前只有 Papers 是最好的管理軟體嗎？或是還有其他推薦的？
另外關於 PDF 做筆記有推薦的軟體嗎？最好是 Mac/iOS 可以同步的
